    I was reluctant at first using this services to my surprise, my intuition was right. I received my package on time but, the contents within the package was light/short. So I proceeded to contact CWD customer service to inform them of my issue. First email sent back to me from a Helen, in the first sentence trying to discredit my issue by saying “we tell our packing/distribution department to over weigh all our shipments.” If you take into consideration all the packaging it comes in then yes it’s over weight but, the contents within the packaging is light. It wasn’t till after pretty much being told I’m wrong in so many words, that I was offered 15% my next purchase. So of course I immediately declined and was never contacted back for a resolution.
    So again I resend a message to CWD costumer service, again I’m told the same thing back this time from a Sara. It wasn’t till maybe the third email back from her that I’m offered a free gram of weed on my next purchase, again I’m insulted because that being the same amount that I’ve been shorted in the first place isn’t free because I’ve already paid for it!
    Again I know it’s only short 1 gram, and at this point I’m more than willing to cut my losses and move on but it’s the purpose. Why after 5 emails with two different people does it take to offer up some resolution? As far as I’m concerned CWD your customer service department is third world.
    I’ve been working in the food service industry for 22yrs and never in my time have I told a valued customer their wrong even if I know their wrong I still swallow my pride. I feel your team of customer service agents need a lesson in the service they provided. The service they provide shouldn’t be considered just a job, that it’s a career and a vital service that effects the bigger picture when it comes to your business as a whole. And because of that experience with CWD I will not be a returning customer, and I will not recommend CWD to anyone I know!

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below $99 are charged $15 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number. We offer the lowest free shipping minimum in Canada.

I have coupon code, how does it work?

How do I pay?

At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks and BTC bitcoin. We are working on providing credit card processing in the near future. We do not accept PayPal unfortunately or credit cards at the moment.

What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment or verify your age?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to send an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept “On Hold (Pending)” till we receive your e-transfer and can verify you are at least 19 years old and live in Canda. If we do not receive your payment or verify your ID within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

How do you package my shipment?

We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid envelopes or a plain white box to package your items. We then vacuum-seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana so no nosy neighbours would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office.  All our packages will come with a batch date indicating how fresh the flower is.  

You’ll be provide a tracking number so you can track your order.

How does shipping work?

We ship all our products in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packages. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked package. Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery. Shipping to major centres takes 1-3 business days and rural locations 3-5 business days. Shipping couriers does not ship on weekends and holidays.

Tracking says my package has been “Successfully Delivered” but I didn’t get it?

In our experience, there are a few possible reasons for this issue, among them:

  • Postal workers often scan all of their packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning, then spends the day and/or the next day delivering it.
  • Shipping Courier’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off.
  • Postal worker accidentally put it in the wrong mailbox.
  • There can be internal issues within Shipping Couriers that may cause delays caused that are outside of our control.
  • If you don’t get the package 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll get the shipping courier to put a trace on your package. They will file an investigation which can take up to 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they’ll mail the package to you within a couple days. If it’s deemed “Lost or Unrecoverable”, we’ll send you a 1 time replacement free of charge (up to $150).

It has been a while, and I still did haven’t received the package?

Shipping Courier’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off. Please contact us if you don’t receive your package after five days past the expected delivery day. We will contact the shipping courier on behalf of our members to inquire about delays or lost packages. We do not want our members to worry about this kind of issue.

Am I allowed to pick up my order?

No. You can not directly pick-up your order from us. We currently only accept payment via EMT and Bitcoin, and offer express shipping directly to your door/mailbox.

Can I order from outside of Canada?

No, we only ship within Canada. This is a strict rule without exceptions.

Can I order larger amounts then what’s listed on the site?

No. There’s a 6 ounce maximum limit per order. If you would like to purchase more then 6 ounces at a time, you can place multiple separate orders. We do not sell in bulk.
