Do I have to be at least 19+ years old to buy from your site?
YES! All Mail Order Marijuana sites require Photo ID and have a strict policy of not selling to minors (under 19 in Canada). We require Photo ID to verify you’re over 19+. Am I allowed to pick-up my order?
No. You can not directly pick-up your order from us. We currently only accept payment via E-Transfer and Bitcoin, and ship via Canada Post Xpresspost directly to your door.
Can I order larger amounts then what’s listed on the site?
No. There’s a 6 ounce maximum limit per order. If you would like to purchase more then 6 ounces at a time, you can place multiple separate orders. We do not sell in bulk.
Your pricing seems a bit on the high side, is the stuff as good as it costs?

YES! We offer free shipping and a free sample on orders over $99. Orders below $99 are charged $15 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped via for Canada Post Xpresspost and come with a tracking number. We offer the lowest free shipping minimum in Canada.

How to Order?
- Create your free member account. You must be 19+ and located in Canada. We are very strict on this policy and there are no exceptions, we don’t sell to minors.
- Choose products from our Online Shop and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.
- After you have reviewed the products in your cart click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.
- Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Then select your payment method (Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin) then click “Place Order” once you’re ready.
- Once you place an order, you will see a receipt of your order with instructions on how to pay and complete your order. An email receipt will also be sent to you member email.
- Once we receive your order and accept the Interact e-Transfer payment for your order, we will process your order immediately and mail it Canada Post XpressPost with tracking number. All orders processed before 1 pm PST will be shipped out the same day. For orders processed after 1 pm PST, they will be shipped out the following day. For orders placed after 1 pm PST on Friday, during the weekend and holidays will be shipped out the following business day.

How do I pay?
At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks and BTC bitcoin. We are working on providing credit card processing in the near future. I would like to send an e-Transfer
Once we get your order, you will receive your receipt in the email you used to create your account. The e-transfer instructions will be included in your receipt, please read carefully to avoid delays processing your order.
Please make sure your Photo ID matches the:
- Name of the person that placed the order
- Name of the e-Transfer sender
All e-Transfers will be accepted until all the things mentioned above match. Once Canada Weed Dispensary accepts your e-transfer, we are going to pack your order and send it for delivery. You are going to get a Canada Post Tracking Number. It’s that easy…
I’ve sent my E-transfer. Now what?
It can take up to a few hours for us to receive the e-Transfer, please be patient as it is out of our control how long it takes for us to receive the transfers. Your order will be pending until we collect your payment.
What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment or verify your age?
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to send an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept “On Hold (Pending)” till we receive your e-transfer and can verify you are at least 19 years old and live in Canda. If we do not receive your payment or verify your ID within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
Can I cancel or edit an order?
If you need to edit or cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately at [email protected] Orders can only be edited or cancelled before they are shipped out.

Canada Post Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping and a free sample on orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a $15 flat rate shipping fee. All orders are shipped via for Canada Post Xpresspost and come with a tracking number.
How do you package my shipment?
We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes or a plain white box to package your items. We then vacuum-seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana so no nosy neighbours would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office. All our packages will come with a batch date indicating how fresh the flower is.
You’ll be provide a tracking number so you can track your order on Canada Post.
How does shipping work?
We ship all our products in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packages. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked package. Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery. Shipping to major centres takes 1-3 business days and rural locations 3-5 business days. If you have more questions, you can refer to Canada Post help section (tracking packages) or contact us.
When does my order ships out?
Interac e-Transfers can take up to a few hours to receive and we will not ship any orders without payment. Once we receive your payment and verify your age, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Once we drop off your package in the mail, it should only take 2-3 business days to ship.
How long will I have to wait for the medical marijuana to arrive?
It all depends on your location in Canada. We send all items via Canada Post Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances this takes 2-3 business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.
Tracking says my package has been “Succesfully Delivered” but I did not get a package
In our experience, there are a few possible reasons for this issue, among them:
- Postal workers often scan all of their packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning, then spends the day and/or the next day delivering it.
- Canada Post’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off.
- Postal worker accidentally put it in the wrong mailbox.
- There can be internal issues within Canada Post that may cause delays caused that are outside of our control.
- If you don’t get the package 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll get Canada Post to put a trace on your package. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take up to 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they’ll mail the package to you within a couple days. If it’s deemed “Lost or Unrecoverable”, we’ll send you a 1 time replacement free of charge (up to $150).
It has been a while, and I still did not get my package
Canada Post’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off. Please contact us if you don’t receive your package after five days past the expected delivery day. We will contact Canada Post on behalf of our members to inquire about delays or lost packages. We do not want our members to worry about this kind of issue.
Can I order from outside of Canada?
No, we only ship within Canada. This is a strict rule without exceptions.
Do you accept orders from all provinces?
Yes. We accept orders from all provinces and regions in Canada. We proudly serve to all provinces across Canada.
Why did you send my package sent as ‘signature required’?
As a company policy, we send any order over $500 as a signature required package.
